Mold workshop

 Vowin has a professional team for designing and making molds in-house. There are 7 engineers, and two of them own over 20 years experience. 

Various kinds of advanced machines have been installed in our tooling workshop, enabling us to support in-house production for all sorts of molds for under 1,600 Tons die casting machines in excellent quality.The mold weight from 50Kg to 35 tons.

Surface Treatment

Polishing; sand blasting; powder coating; electroplating; painting; anodizing; PVD and so on. 

♦Provide hardness check,coating thickness teste, roughness teste, Go/Not-go gauge, salt spray testing, all      the dimensions check and test report.
