Functional testing What is Functional testing? A functional prototype is the most basic working prototype built to validate a product design. Additionally, it is an integral part of the assembly, testing, piloting, and market research process that ev
Rapid Prototyping What is Rapid Prototyping? Rapid prototyping is a specialized manufacturing technique for high-quality physical models with 3D design concepts. Prototyping is quick and economic,as they never need to invest in hard tooling equipment
3D Printing Process Materials SLA Resin 8119: A common SLA material with a temperature resistance of up to 65C. Resin 8118H: A nylon-like resin with exceptionally high tenacity. Resin 8228: An ABS-like resin resistant to impact and temperatures up to
3D Printing Process Characteristic Advantages Disadvantages Typical accuracy Typical layer height SLA High resolution No visible layer lines; smooth finish Option of clear materials Printers more expensive than FDM Weak parts; will degrade with sunli
3D Printing Process Introduction SLA Stereolithography (SLA) is an additive manufacturing process that works in a different way to FDM. In SLA 3D printing, a 3D object is created with a laser, which is directed at areas of photosensitive liquid resin
3D Printing Vs CNC Machining: Which Is Right For Your Prototype And Production? Subtractive Additive Manufacturing 3D printing is also known as additive manufacturing, which builds parts through layers of materials. It has many advantages over tradit
3D printing, otherwise known as additive manufacturing, is a manufacturing process that builds a part layer by layer. A computer sends instructions to the 3D printer, which deposits or hardens material in a preprogrammed pattern, creating layers in s
CNC is a machining process in which a pre-programmed software feeds directions to tools and machinery to create products. Because CNC machining is so effective, it’s used in a range of industries and processes. CNC can control grinders, lathes, mills, and more. CNC plastic machining allows three dimensional cutting tasks to be done in a single set of prompts. For that reason, it’s preferred for more complex parts. Manual machining requires that an operator be there to guide the machine. With CNC plastic machining, there is no longer the need for the extra labor; it can complete tasks automatically.
Rapid tooling, sometimes known as prototype tooling or bridge tooling, is a fast and cost-efficient way to carry out low-volume injection molding for a variety of types of plastic parts. Once the aluminum or steel mold has been created with the rapid tooling process, it can be utilized as part of a molding process to create multiple copies of a part.
During the development of Kelvo, we usually provide customers with prototypes and small batch production services, including CNC machining, vacuum complex molding, 3D printing and mold and injection molding. A lot of clients asked whether we can provide small batch metal casting Serve.
Vowin dust-free injection workshop was established in 2014,we have a 10K class dust-free injection molding workshop and assembly workshop. The scrap, feeding, and mixing workshops are completely separated to prevent the mutual influence between the different production links. The feeding and mixing rooms are separated into small rooms, and the scrap room is far away from the dust-free workshop area. The mold room is placed outside the dust-free injection workshop. Before entering the dust-free room, it must be air-showered first.
