When quoting , our production engineers will review the data and requirement , and provide the DFM if needed.
Vowin applys a raw materials control system in Vowin to make sure all the materials we sourcing is perfectly match the specification of our clients . We also provide testing certifications of materials if required for approval.
During the production, Vowin guarantees the on-line and off-line inspection to ensure that the parts Vowin produces meet your exact specifications. Quality control will be strictly executed throughout all production steps for quality assurance.
First article inspection , also support to provide the FAI report.
Before the packing, Vowin has the final inspection , which will check all the quality details by Vowin: QC.
